We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive – TFE to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail liabilities, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and customer service delivery. Enhance the deposit pool from customers through acquisition and retention strategies Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability Ensure high-quality customer service and establish service delivery standards Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance Manage productivity and morale of branch team members Take ownership of branch break-even and P&L performance Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiatives Coordinate across all customer service units to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
