We are seeking a talented and passionate Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our agricultural finance business, with a specific focus on tractor loans and retail operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our TFE-Marketing Branches Operations forward, ensuring a strong presence in the market.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, including tractor loans and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting market research.
  • Process and approve tractor loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for tractor loans.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan application process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about agricultural trends and technologies to offer relevant financial products and services.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the bank and build its reputation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
