Onboarding Management
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for DMA/DSA partners.
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct orientation and training sessions to familiarize new partners with tools, processes, and expectations.
- Continuously improve the onboarding journey for better efficiency and partner experience.
Dashboard & Data Management
- Maintain and update onboarding and performance dashboards.
- Monitor key metrics such as onboarding status, partner activity, and lead conversion.
Payout Processing
- Manage monthly/weekly payout cycles for DMA/DSA partners.
- Ensure accurate calculation of commissions and incentives.
- Resolve payout-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure all onboarding and payout processes adhere to audit and compliance standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all partner-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal audit teams during reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows.
- Propose and implement automation or process enhancements.
- Gather feedback from partners to refine onboarding and support mechanisms.
