Job Profile

  • Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying new business of Crop Loans for the bank with focus on CBRL –Regular / Unbanked locations across State.
  • Tie up with potential Agri processing units / Sugar factories / Corporates for achieving business volumes through Corporate tie ups to fund individual farmers.
  • Ensure high degree of customer service, resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage Sales /Brand promotion activities through CBRL branches for the product.
  • Monitoring of Post Disb Documents & collection activities of current portfolio.
  • Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies
  • Facilitate interactions with local government authorities for bank’s initiatives & comply regulatory requirements. These authorities may be lead bank of area , Nabard, General Insurance co. etc.
  • To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of the credit / economic Developments.

Job Requirement

  • Min experience – 6 + years in NBFC / Banks in related field of Crop Loan finance / Agri SME / Commodity. Graduate –preferably Bsc Agri/MBA – Finance
  • Manage field investigations (FI) & documentation through team
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Sales ability of a very high order
  • Knowledge and understanding about the compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ability to function in and add to the performance of a team.
  • Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements in full.
